Kimberton Rollerama

The Kimberton Rollerama has a storied history dating back to the 1950s when it was founded as the "Valley Forge Roller Rink" in Kimberton, Pennsylvania. In 1972, the company bought the 751 Pike Springs Road building, and for over a decade, this spot was a beloved destination for roller skating enthusiasts and families alike, offering a fun and vibrant atmosphere for all ages.

1987

Rolland Printing

Winning out on a real estate bidding war against a waterbed company, Rolland Printing became 751’s new stewards in July 1987. Rolland Printing would undergo many rebrands (Bentley Rowland, EPIC Litho) over the next few decades, but remained one of the premier names in commercial printing in Pennsylvania, renowned for its award-winning and highly reputable printing excellence. They are known for installing a high-speed Komori Lithrone G40 press—the first and only press of its kind in the mid-Atlantic region.

1990

Shrawder Restorations

During Rolland’s ownership, Shrawder Restorations became a tenant with the vision of becoming a full-service, upscale furniture retailer. Their impassioned beginning which took place at 751 Pike Springs Road employed artisans who skillfully restored, repaired, and refinished furniture—one of those artisans being our vey own Owner of Home Furnishing Market—Mike Holmes.

Home Furnishing Market

Shortly after the world shutdown due to the pandemic, the Home Furnishing Market purchased the 751 Pike Springs Road building from EPIC Litho (a Rolland company). This milestone was a profound, full-circle moment for our owner, reconnecting him with his roots and carrying with him his own family-owned and operated furniture business. Over the following months, the team poured their hearts into renovating the building, and in January 2021, they officially opened the doors (by appointment only) to the public.

This historic building holds a lifetime of memories for our community. We are profoundly grateful to now be its custodians, carrying forward its legend with pride.
